What the form means

Name: Your character's name
Gender: Your character's gender (female or male)
Age: Your character's age (eg. 3 years/2.5 years or 2 years and a half)
Sexuality: What your character is attracted to.
Homosexual - Same gender
Heterosexual - Opposite gender
Bisexual - Your wolf does not mind the gender
Asexual - Your wolf does not care for love or a mate
Species: What species of wolf your wolf is.
Rank: What rank you wish for your wolf to obtain. A list of ranks can be found here: >LINK<
Voice Actor: Who your wolf sounds like

Picture(s): picture of your wolf
Pelt: A description of your wolf's pelt colouration, texture and generally how it looks.
Build: A description of how your wolf is build. (Eg. Slim, tall, muscular etc)
Eyes: A description of how your wolf's eyes look.
Your wolf may not have pink eyes, mood eyes, purple eyes and other unrealistic eye colours.
Height: The height of your wolf from it's feet to the shoulder.
A typical female wolf will range from 26 to 32 inches (66 to 81 cm)
A typical male wolf will range from 26 to 31 inches (66 to 81 cm)
Length: The length of your wolf from it's nose to the tail.
A typical female wolf will range from 4.5 to 6 feet (137 to 183 cm)

Personality: A description of how your wolf acts and how their temperament is around other wolves.
Likes: What your wolf likes to do/see/be around
Dislikes: What your wolf dislikes to do/see/be around
Strengths: What your wolf is really good at or things that could give them an advantage in any way.
Weaknesses: What your wolf isn't very good at or things that could give them a disadvantage in any way.

History: How your wolf came to be who they are today, what happened to them before they came to Evermore.
Family: Your wolf's family. Sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents etc

Relationship Status: Whether your wolf is currently in a relationship or not. (Single or taken)
Crush: Who your wolf wishes was their mate.
Mate: Who your wolf's partner is.
Pups: A list of all your wolf's pups.
Best Friend: Your wolf's best, closest friend.
Friends: The wolves that your wolf considers as friends.
Acquaintances: The wolves that your wolf is unsure about or has just met.
Enemies: Wolves that your wolf hates and does't like to be around
Arch enemy: The wolf that your wolf completely despises.

Endurance: Stats for your wolf's stamina
Agility: Stats for your wolf's speed
Strength: Stats for your wolf's strength
